As part of Talrop’s eKerala mission, Talrop organized the Teacher as a Global Career Coach event in association with Lifology on 16th October, 2024, at Talrop's Village Park, Kadakkal, Kollam, led by Sri. Harish Mahadevan, Senior Life Strategist and Chief Mentor at Lifology. The event was designed to empower educators by providing them with effective tools and strategies to guide students toward successful career paths. This initiative focused on understanding each student’s strengths and interests, with the ultimate aim of helping teachers inspire and support their students in shaping their futures.Talrop conducted the Teacher as a Global Career Coach event: Empowering educators, influencing future paths. Teachers gained valuable insights into personalized teaching methods, enhancing their mentoring abilities while learning how to foster an environment conducive to career development.
