As part of Talrop’s eKerala mission, Talrop organised Teacher as a Global Career Coach event in association with Lifology on 19th October, 2024, at Talrop's Peringammala Village Park, Trivandrum led by Sri. Harish Mahadevan, Senior Life Strategist and Chief Mentor at Lifology. This initiative focuses on understanding each student's interests and guiding them toward their career paths, with the goal of equipping teachers with effective strategies to inspire and support their students in navigating their futures.Talrop conducted the Teacher as a Global Career Coach event: Empowering educators, influencing future paths.Participants gained valuable insights into personalized teaching strategies, enhanced their mentoring skills, and learned how to create a supportive environment that fosters student growth and career development.
