Talrop's Campus Community programme T-Fut conducted an Orientation Session on 15th March 2023, for the students of Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakkuda. Ms. Josy Elsa Kurian Co-founder & COO of Tegain, discussed about T-Fut and its exclusive events to effectively draw in attention of the students.She talked about her personal experiences in her career as a COO and encouraged the students to step forward and develop their leadership qualities like she did. She said that leaders are made, not born, and that anyone can become a successful leader with the right mindset and skills. Mr. Ajmal N, Assistant BDM at DIUU, informed the college students about the opportunity to become volunteers for Talrop's 'One Creator From One Ward' mission, as it could help them develop diverse skills.
