As part of Talrop's 10,000 Jobs Mission, a Placement Orientation Programme was conducted on 31st March 2023, for the first-year students of Rural Academy for Management Studies, Ayyampilly, Ernakulam. Ms. Afifa Salim Baker, Director & CHRO at Talrop and Co-founder & COO at Steyp, mentored the session. She introduced Talrop's 10,000 Jobs Mission and it's goal to raise the employment rate among the freshers. They got to learn about latest updates in technology and placements after graduation. She made the students aware of the broad scope of further developments in technology and it's influence in their future.
