As part of Talrop’s eKerala mission, a mental health awareness program in observance of World Mental Health Day was conducted for the employees of Talrop at LVHS Pothencode, Trivandrum, on 11th October 2024.Talrop conducted a mental heath awareness programme at LVHS Pothencode, TrivandrumThese programs promote overall well-being and resilience, leading to improved productivity and morale. This will foster stronger relationships and create a supportive environment, while wellness challenges will encourage healthy habits through engaging and friendly competitions. Together, these initiatives will lay a strong foundation for a mentally healthy workplace culture.
